18 May 2026 – Vincent DENIS, Chairman of the Mutual Logistics Group, announces the strengthening corporate governance with the creation of Executive Directorates Assistants in France and Italy.
This strategic move is designed to support the Group’s strong growth momentum and to pave the way for its future expansion in Southern Europe. With turnover of nearly 150 million in 2025, the Mutual Logistics Group recorded growth in its business of around 50% for the second consecutive year. Its expansion into Italy, following the acquisition of SAFIM Logistics in 2024 and that of Menoventi in 2025, has contributed significantly to this.
