We are looking for a Stock Manager for our site in Bollène (84). Reporting to the Site Manager, you will join our team to help roll out and develop our business.
In this role, your main tasks will be to:
- Managing and optimising layouts (preparation paths)
- Classify and store products according to their type, packaging, expiry date, etc.
- Comply with storage rules and standards for each product (FDS-BIO)
- Optimise the space dedicated to stock management, and ensure the availability of storage space
- Guarantee the availability of products in stock in line with the production schedule and arrivals/receipts
- Manage inventories and measure discrepancies to ensure consistency between physical and computerised stock levels
- Check the documentation relating to the various products to be stored
- Validating receipts
- Optimising and improving existing processes
- Guarantee EDI exchanges within the company and with customers
- Managing downgraded products
- Set up, monitor and analyse performance indicators (stock rotation, delivery times, etc.)
- To care about and ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure daily compliance with all site procedures and instructions, including those relating to health, safety and energy, and apply them.
Your profile
With a 3-year higher education qualification specialising in logistics or equivalent, you will ideally have 2 to 3 years' successful experience in similar roles or proven experience as a logistics agent in charge of stock management.
You are familiar with continuous improvement, planning and stock management tools and methodologies. You have a good command of IT tools (Excel, etc.) and are at ease with logistics information systems, including Info-log (compulsory prerequisite).
You are known for your excellent interpersonal skills, as well as your drive and perseverance. Your taste for challenges, your rigour and your ability to convince others to achieve your objectives will be essential qualities if you are to succeed in this position.
