27 May 2024 – Mutual Logistics is undertaking external growth in Italy by acquiring a logistics provider, Safim. The service provider will thus establish a presence in the country, seeing a significant increase in its size and revenue.
Logistics provider Mutual Logistics is set to take a majority stake in Safim, a company specialising in cold chain logistics and temperature-controlled transport in north-western Italy.
