With a score of 93 out of 100, MUTUAL LOGISTICS EFR has confirmed its commitment to reducing inequalities between men and women in the workplace.
The gender equality index is a tool for assessing pay differentials in each company. The index is based on a common methodology defined by Decree and comprises four indicators The pay gap between women and men, defined in the form of a score out of 100.
On the main criterion of pay, MUTUAL LOGISTICS EFR scored 38 points out of 40. This indicator shows the pay gap between men and women in the company. In accordance with the agreement signed with the social partners on professional equality between men and women, the Index confirms MUTUAL LOGISTICS EFR's commitment to implementing a pay policy based on equal treatment for men and women.
MUTUAL LOGISTICS EFR et ENF scored the highest number of points (35 points) on the salary increase index, which assesses the percentage of men and women who received an increase during the year, as well as on the criterion of employees who received an increase on their return from maternity leave (15 points).
Finally, on the most difficult criterion to obtain for sectors with an operational core business, i.e. the number of women in the ten highest paid, MUTUAL LOGISTICS EFR obtained a score of 5 points out of 10, and a score of 0/10 for ENF.
