The personal data collected is processed by Mutual Logistics acting as data controller. The purpose of this data processing, based on your consent, is to manage recruitment. The data marked with an asterisk are compulsory as they are strictly necessary for the purpose indicated. Refusal to provide all or part of this data will make it impossible to process your application. Other data is not compulsory but remains relevant in order to refine your application and improve its processing. The applications submitted may be profiled by scoring according to their correspondence with the expectations of the position(s) (ranking of applications from the closest to the furthest from the expectations of the position in terms of years of experience, for example). This profiling may be taken into account when considering applications, but no fully automated decision may be taken on its sole basis. The data will be kept for 2 years from the last contact from you. The recipients of the data are the Mutual Logistics staff in charge of recruitment as well as the staff of our subcontractor in charge of implementing and maintaining our recruitment platform. Personal data collected in the course of processing in accordance with the agreed purposes will not be transferred to any country outside the European Union. You have a right of access, rectification, opposition, portability of your data, limitation of processing and erasure, and this under the conditions set out in Regulation 2016\/679 of 27 April 2016. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You also have the right to define directives relating to the retention, deletion and communication of your personal data in the event of your death, and this pursuant to the Law for a Digital Republic of 7 October 2016.
